User Rights

There are 3 standard levels of access rights within the product, which are as follows:

Non Administration – Read-Only

Enables a user to see and export data and reports for assigned units and sub-consolidations.
Provides no access to the Admin Center.
Provides no access to Merge Datasets in the MY UTP.

 

Non Administration – Read/Write

Enables a user all the rights of Read-only users.
Enables a user to enter, import, modify and/or delete data in the product.
Provides user access to specific areas of the Admin Center.
oJob History, Audit Trail, Documentation, Labels & Groups, FX Rates, and Interest & Penalties.

 

Administration – Read/Write

Enables a user all the rights of a Non Administration - Read/Write user.
Provides a user access to the rest of the Admin Center.
oQuestionnaires (if this functionality has been requested from Technical Support), Users (if Admin has adequate permissions), Datasets & Reporting Datasets, Components, Admin Params.

Note: Additional levels or “roles” can exist if the Signoff tab functionality is requested from Technical Support; the Signoff functionality is optional.
