There are 3 standard levels of access rights within the product, which are as follows:
Non Administration – Read-Only
• | Enables a user to see and export data and reports for assigned units and sub-consolidations. |
Non Administration – Read/Write
• | Enables a user all the rights of Read-only users. |
• | Enables a user to enter, import, modify and/or delete data in the product. |
• | Provides user access to specific areas of the Admin Center. |
Administration – Read/Write
• | Enables a user all the rights of a Non Administration - Read/Write user. |
Note: Additional levels or “roles” can exist if the Signoff tab functionality is requested from Technical Support; the Signoff functionality is optional.
