Components

In the Components tab, you can manage components (add, edit and delete) and unit-component assignments (Assignment Mode). Components are also referred to as Categories in the Uncertain Tax Positions and ONESOURCE Tax Provision applications. You can add unit-components manually (one at a time) or by using the categories import template.

 

Within the "Manage" drop-down list, there are six components that you can add:

•Units
•Permanent Differences
•Temporary Differences
•Tax Adjustments
•States
•Sub-Consolidations
