Job History

In the Job History tab, you can view the history of your Import, Export and Interest jobs that went to the queue.

The Job History table provides you with the type of Job, Job ID #, time stamps for when the Job started and Finished as well as the Status of the Job.
To display specific Job history, select either Import Jobs, Export Jobs or Interest Jobs from the View drop-down list.
You can filter the Job history displayed by type, if necessary, using the filter drop-down list next to the View drop-down list.
Imports provide you with an Import Status box indicating the total number of import errors and the general tab location of the errors.
Exports provide you with access to download the Excel export files generated by the application.
Interest provides the results Box for any Recalculated Interest.

 

To view the Job History of your Import, Export and Interest Jobs which went to the queue:

1.Select the Job History tab from the Admin Center menu to view the history. The Job History table provides you with the type of job, job ID, time stamps for when the job started and ended, and the status of the job.
2.You can click the Status icon. The information you will see depends on the main type of job:
Imports: Import Status box.
Exports: Generated Excel file for the Export.
Interest: Recalculate Interest Results box.
3.Select Import Jobs, Export Jobs, or Interest Jobs from the first View drop-down list. Within the second View drop-down list, for Import and Export jobs, you can filter the list by the job type.

 

If you run an import, export or interest job, and it does not appear in the table, click Refresh to update the table. 2014.0 refresh job history

 


Note: Jobs queue at the bottom of the list as “processing” and when complete, the job appears at the top of the list; therefore, look at the date/time stamp and Job ID to access the appropriate job.
