Users

Users with ONESOURCE platform administrative rights are able to create new users and maintain userinformation in ONESOURCE platform.

A list of available users with access to the ONESOURCE Uncertain Tax Positions product is available in the Admin Center within the Users tab. You do not assign, create or maintain the "Users" information within the Uncertain Tax Positions Admin Center. The purpose of the "Users" list is to review all users and their User Login, Name, Email Address, and user status.

To access the "Users" list to review their status:

1.	Select Admin Center in the navigation bar and the Admin Center menu appears.

2.	Click Users and the "Users" table appears.

3.	From the "Manage" drop-down list, select Users and the Users table appears.

Note: Users are assigned rights within the ONESOURCE Uncertain Tax Positions product. Administrators will assign "Users" their User-Role Assignment(s) and User-Unit Assignment(s), User-Sub-Consolidation Assignment(s) and User-Dataset Assignment(s).
