When you create a class, a default Subclass is automatically created and assigned to the class. You can use the default subclass and keep the default name or edit it. Alternatively, you can create a unique subclass by adding a new subclass; then assigning that subclass to your class to customize your reports.
To add new subclasses:
| 1. | Click Add and the Add New Subclass dialog box appears. |
| 2. | Enter a unique Code and Name. You cannot edit the Code; however, you can edit the Name. |
| 3. | Select a class from the Class drop-down list. |
| 4. | Select Save and the subclass appears in the Subclasses table. A message appears in a yellow box at the top of the screen that the new Subclass successfully created. |
| 5. | Click Cancel, prior to saving to revert all changes. |
