Delete Classes/Subclasses

To delete classes or subclasses:

1.	Select a class or subclass you want to delete from the table.

2.	Click Delete.

3.	Select Yes to delete the class or subclass. Note that, this action cannot be undone. A message appears in a yellow box at the top of the screen stating that the Class or Subclass successfully deleted.

4.	Click Cancel, prior to saving to revert all changes.

Notes:

•	You cannot delete a Subclass assigned to a position. A message appears that the Subclass is bound to contingency items. A lock appears for the positions to identify that a subclass is assigned.

•	The GAAPtoSTAT and STATtoTax default Code and Class Name can be changed using the import process.
