You can create classes and subclasses, assign them to positions and use them to customize your reports. When you create a class, a default subclass is automatically created and assigned to the class. You can use the default subclass and keep the default name or rename it. Alternatively, you can create a unique subclass by adding a new subclass; then assigning that subclass to your class.
To add new classes:
1. | Click Add and the Add New Class dialog box appears. |
2. | Enter a unique Code and Name. You cannot edit the Code; however, you can edit the Name. |
3. | Select Save and the class appears in the Classes table. A message appears in a yellow box at the top of the screen that the new Class successfully created. |
4. | Click Cancel, prior to saving to revert all changes. |
