You can rename the user roles to client specific roles. The following list provides the general functionality for the User Sign off feature.

Sign off is designated at the User level.
The number of sign off levels is determined at the User level.
The sign off level assignments are determined at the User level.
Sign off is enabled or disabled by the ONESOURCE Tax Provision Technical Support team.
When sign off is enabled, the name and number of Sign off levels are changed by the Admin User. The Sign off level is viewed and managed in the Users tab within the Admin Center in the Users tab.
When sign off is enabled, the Sign off tab and Questionnaire tab are activated.
Sign off will have up to five types of pre-defined sign off levels. The five types of pre-defined sign off levels are:
1.Preparer
2.First Reviewer
3.Second Reviewer
4.Third Reviewer
5.Corporate

Note: Admin is a user role, however, is not used as a sign off level.

The number of required Sign off levels is editable, and you can have up to five types. The maximum number of types is five.
The minimum number of Sign off level types required is two:
1.Preparer
2.Corporate
Once Sign off is enabled, the name of each Sign off level can be changed. When the name is changed for Sign off, it is also changed in Role Permissions in the Manage Assignments page. If changes to names are made in the Manage Assignments page, the names are also changed within the Users tab.
When Sign off is disabled, the Role Names are not editable by the user.
User names and email addresses are not editable by the User regardless of whether sign off is enabled or disabled.
One or more Users can be assigned to the same Sign off level. If more than one User is assigned the same sign off level, the first user at the sign off level will send the Unit to the next level (all Users at the same sign off level do not have to sign off to move the unit to the next sign off level).
One or more Sign off levels can be assigned to a User.
When sign off is disabled, the Role Names that appear are Admin, Read/Write and Read-Only.
When sign off is disabled, Role Names are not editable by the user. Any Custom names/roles created by Thomson Reuters appear.
