Report Footnotes

Nine of the main reports now contain a Report Footnote section that enables you to complete your entire disclosure in one place. Report Footnotes are dataset/unit specific and do not roll over at this time. If you print a report that contains a footnote to PDF, the footnote prints in the page after the report.

 

To add a report footnote:

1.Select the check box Report Footnote.
2.Type your message.
3.Click Save Footnote.

 

To edit a report footnote:

1.Select the check box Report Footnote.
2.Make your changes.
3.Click Save Footnote.

 

To delete a report footnote:

1.Delete the text in the Report Footnote box. A message appears beneath the Report Footnote box regarding the character usage.
2.Click Save Footnote.
3.When asked, "Are you sure you want to delete this footnote?", click OK.
