All related Reports and exports for reporting will reflect the number of sign off roles selected. For example, if the Admin selects 2 levels of sign off, then only 2 sign off roles should be reflected in the reports.
• | Admin and custom roles do not appear as a sign off level in sign off reports and exports for reporting. |
• | All Reports list the custom names created for the custom sign-off levels. |
• | All Reports are exported to Excel or PDF to save and print. |
There are three additional reports in Reporting:
The Questionnaire Summary report lists the responses for each Sign off level for each Unit.
o | A summary of the responses to the questionnaire. |
o | Questionnaire results appear sorted by the role level. |
The Sign off Status Summary report lists the level for each Unit during the Sign off process.
o | The report will list the Unit selected for which the report is created. |
o | If the report is created for a sub-consolidation, the report will list the Units included in the Sub-consolidation. |
o | The column headers list the Role Levels and each unit code & name are listed in the column and indicates the sign off level for that unit. |
The Sign off Workflow report lists the user who is responsible for the Sign off of each Unit.
o | The column headers list the Role Levels and each user is listed in the columns where the user is assigned a sign off role. |
