Sign off Enabled

The Sign off names that appear depend on the sign off level selected in the drop-down list. Custom roles that are created also appear for each number. Admin and Custom user roles are not sign off transition levels, however, appear because the roles have specific permissions.

 

The Admin role name cannot be edited by the user.
Custom roles names cannot be edited by the user.
The Sign off level names can be edited by the user.

 

The roles that appear for a selected number are as follows:

5: Admin, Preparer, First Reviewer, Second Reviewer, Third Reviewer, Corporate.
4: Admin, Preparer, First Reviewer, Second Reviewer, Corporate.
3: Admin, Preparer, First Reviewer, Corporate.
2: Admin, Preparer, Corporate.

 

Enabling or Disabling Signoff mid-way

Sign off can be disabled mid-way through the sign-off process (for example, one or more levels already signed-off).

 

1.If sign off is disabled mid-way through the sign-off process, the Role Names will revert to Admin, Read/Write and Read-Only. When sign off is disabled, the Users assigned to each Role will revert to Admin, Read/Write and Read-Only by default as follows:
a.Admin to Admin.
b.Preparer to Read/Write.
c.First Reviewer, Second Reviewer, Third Reviewer and Corporate each to Read-Only.

 

2.For User Roles that previously had Admin, Read/Write and Read-Only, when sign off is enabled, the Users assigned to Admin, Read/Write and Read-Only will default as follows:
a.Admin to Admin.
b.Read/Write to Preparer.
c.Read-Only to Corporate.
