Dataset Maintenance

You can maintain Datasets by:

•	Marking them as Read-Only (RO?) to ensure the data is not modified.

•	Copying them to create different scenarios.

•	Rolling them over to the next period.

Read-Only Datasets

You can lock datasets that are final to ensure that the data is preserved, and not accidentally modified. The data and related reports in a read-only dataset are to view, not modify. To unlock the dataset and make changes to the dataset, change the read-only designation from Yes to No.
